Buckingham Palace suspect was brandishing 4ft sword, police say
A man who tried to attack the 3 three police officers outside Buckingham Palace on Friday was arrested. He was shouting Allah hu Akbar as reported by the police.
Before the police stopped him he was driving a police vehicle, in Europe, vehicles are used for the terrorist attacks as the Barcelona Attack is on top of the list. When the 3 stopped him unarmed police officers he attacked them with a sword. His attack left 2 of them injured but they were successful in catching him. He is now in the custody of Scotland Yard.
Prime minister praised the efforts of the police officers as they handled the entire situation very bravely and not a single man from public got injured in the entire incident.
Counter terror police are investigating from the arrested men he is likely to be from Daesh group of terror but no such statement from him came forward till now.
Luckily there was no royal member present at the Buckingham Palace, The place officially belongs to the queen and it’s her personal residence.
The arrested men were on Blue Toyota Prius car when he was asked to stop the car he quickly moved towards the 4ft sword but the police officers quickly controlled him and arrested him. Law enforcers are now suspecting his background and investigating everything about him.
Eyewitness Kiana Williamson said: “We turned up and there were one police van and one car; there was also a civilian’s car that had veered towards the police car.
“They were trying to get the man out of the car, shouting; more police were arriving on to the scene and the man was fighting back.
“I saw one injured policeman with an injury to his arm, although it didn’t look severe.
“He was being tended to by another officer.
“The man had been restrained and looked almost unconscious by the side of the road.
